The updated Sustainability Principles provide a shared framework for supporting sustainable professional excellence across legal workplaces.
Centred on Sustainable Professional Excellence, in Service of Integrity and Justice, the Principles address Thoughtful Collaboration and Resources, Responsible Delegation and Supervision, and Sustainable Rest and Growth, underpinned by Openness and Respect.
The Principles are intended to be applied flexibly according to each organisation’s circumstances and alongside its existing frameworks and practices.
